Emily's own experience with trauma led her down the path of discovering not only the patterns and thoughts that affected her, but also how these experiences affect others. She understands that our outer life directly impacts our spiritual life. If we are not in the right headspace or are currently navigating active trauma, engaging in deep spiritual work can be difficult and overwhelming.
Because we are physical beings whose inner worlds are deeply intertwined with what we have been through, she takes learning about trauma and its effect on a person and their spirit very seriously.
Building a truly supportive space also means honoring every part of who you are.
Emily always tries to provide a warm, affirming environment with genuine care and sensitivity for LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, individuals with disabilities, and those from all walks of life. Veil and Vine is rooted in kindness, mutual respect, and emotional safety, with a strict zero tolerance policy for bigotry, discrimination, or hate of any kind.
The nature of spirit work can naturally become intense, both physically and mentally. During or after a session, it is not uncommon to experience subtle physical or emotional responses, such as sudden hot flashes, heightened physical sensitivity, slight heightened anxiety, or stomach aches. However, Emily firmly maintains that any physical symptoms or unusual bodily sensations must always be evaluated and ruled out by a medical physician first before attributing them to spiritual or energetic causes.
This is why she is a strong advocate for working alongside licensed medical doctors, therapists, and mental health professionals, as it is not her desire or role to step outside her qualifications. Being trauma informed is not a replacement for therapy, but rather a commitment to holding a gentle, compassionate, and grounded space that honors your boundaries.
While physical and energetic shifts can be a normal part of the spiritual process, experiencing dark thoughts, thoughts of self harm, or severe emotional distress is another story entirely and requires professional care.
If a difficult memory or emotion arises during a session, Emily will always pause and reroute gently to ensure your well being comes first.

We are bound to spirit by invisible threads, an unspoken connection that ties us to everything around us. You may see the term Infernal Divine scattered across this website and that is intentional. I wanted to show that they are Gods, and the way I refer to the pantheon as a whole is nothing to be scared of.
Their names have been demonized and used as scapegoats for evil throughout history, with people using them to justify their own cruelty and wrongdoing. I believe their names should not be used to excuse the harm people choose to inflict.
They are not as typical religions describe, and although they are adversaries in their own right, that does not mean they are bad. I do not view them from a traditional standpoint in any sense of the word. They are Gods, currents, and beings who have shaped my life.
They are part of my path, one that I hold deeply sacred. They have guided me to become a better, kinder, and more loving person, and without them I would not have this business. This is perhaps the most general overview I can give, as their work is deep, can be difficult, and not for everyone.
While I operate from this framework, my path is my own, like yours is your own. I may introduce them if I feel they are around you, but it is completely up to you if you want to incorporate them into your path as well. If you'd rather not discuss it? That's okay too! No. Our services are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
For Live Sessions: Spiritual energy can take time to process. However, if you feel completely misaligned during the first 10 minutes of a live session, please let us know immediately so we can stop and address it.
For Non-Live Sessions (Email/Audio): Because energy unfolds dynamically, insights can take days, weeks, or months to fully make sense in your life. All non-live digital services are final sale and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, redos, or exchanges based on a lack of immediate resonance. If a non-live reading feels unclear, you may send an email within 48 hours of delivery to ask for clarification on a specific point. We are happy to provide a quick clarification to help you integrate the messages into your life journey.
Please allow up to 7 business days after purchase to receive a non-live reading either through audio recording or written presentation.
Not at all. Emily welcomes people from all walks of life, faiths, and backgrounds. Your personal beliefs will always be deeply respected. However, Emily’s guidance is not tied to any specific church or religious doctrine and may reflect her own understandings of the Divine.
All sessions are conducted Virtually. We have Live, Recorded, or Written and emailed sessions.
Yes. To honor the integrity of this work and respect professional boundaries, Emily does not offer guidance on:
Medical and health concerns. This includes questions about pregnancy, fertility, and mental health diagnoses.
She also does not answer questions regarding legal matters, such as active court cases or lawsuits.
Romantic relationships and love readings also do not encompass what she reads on, as the work she focuses is on the self and the divine.
Additionally, she does not give advice on financial investments, including stocks, real estate, or gambling.
Emily’s services are purely for spiritual expansion, personal growth, and self-reflection. If a question touches on these excluded areas, she will gently ask to reframe the question toward your personal healing and spiritual path. If you are experiencing medical, legal, or financial challenges, please seek guidance from a licensed professional in those fields.
We offer services that pertain but are not limited to mediumship with passed loved ones, mediumship with spirit guides, gods, and goddeses, energetic transmutations and meditations, and intuitive tarot/oracle readings.

If you purchase a service however, and later on decide you would like a different one, please send an email on our Contact page, and we will get back to you on how to navigate this situation. In the case the service costs less than the one you originally purchased, you will receive store credit for a future purchase, but no refund will be given. In the event the service is more expensive, you will be sent a pay link to pay the difference.
You are permitted one (1) session reschedule at no additional charge, provided that your request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments or failure to show up, will result in a forfeited session with no refund provided. If you arrive late to a live session, the remaining time will be used for your appointment, but the session will still conclude at its scheduled end time.
