These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of services provided by Veil and Vine Spiritual Wellness LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Veil and Vine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Referred to throughout these Terms as “Veil and Vine.” By purchasing, booking, or participating in a Veil and Vine service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Veil and Vine Disclaimer.

1. Nature of Services
Veil and Vine provides virtual spiritual, educational, informational, philosophical, and personal-exploration services. Depending on the service purchased, sessions may include energetic transmutation facilitation, guided meditation, somatic awareness, spiritual or mediumship communication, intuitive impressions, energetic scanning, visualization, symbolic imagery, and related spiritual practices. Sessions may also include time for a client to speak, share, vent, or express what is on their heart and mind. This is intended to provide a respectful, neutral space for personal expression and spiritual exploration. Veil and Vine does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or professional advice during this process. All services are provided virtually and online. No in-person physical contact, hands-on bodywork, manual manipulation, or physical healthcare intervention is provided.

All services, readings, intuitive impressions, spiritual or mediumship communication, and related guidance are provided for entertainment and personal self-exploration purposes only. Such services are not represented as objectively verified information, professional advice, medical or mental-health treatment, or a substitute for appropriately licensed professional services.
 
2. Spiritual Framework
Veil and Vine operates within a Pagan, esoteric, infernal-divine, and chthonic spiritual framework. Services may incorporate spiritual concepts, symbolism, energies, entities, archetypes, ancestral currents, and other metaphysical concepts consistent with these traditions. Veil and Vine does not operate from a Christian, Judeo-Christian, or traditional Western religious framework and does not provide Christian counseling, biblical counseling, pastoral counseling, or faith-based ministry. The spiritual terminology and beliefs used by Veil and Vine may differ substantially from those of other religious, spiritual, or metaphysical traditions. Clients are responsible for determining whether this framework is compatible with their own beliefs and expectations. Participation does not require a client to adopt or endorse the practitioner's beliefs
 
3. Age Requirement
Veil and Vine services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing or participating in a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
 
4. Non-Clinical Services and Scope
Veil and Vine and its practitioners do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services. The practitioner is not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, clinical social worker, licensed mental-health professional, attorney, financial advisor, or other regulated professional. Veil and Vine does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for disease, illness, injury, psychological disorders, or other medical or mental-health conditions.

Veil and Vine does not provide guidance or readings concerning:

• medical conditions, illnesses, injuries, symptoms, or diagnoses;

• pregnancy, childbirth, fertility, or reproductive medical conditions;

• clinical mental-health or psychological disorders;

• medication or treatment decisions;

• legal matters;

• financial or investment decisions;

• gambling outcomes;

• death or emergency situations;
  •  romantic relationships or love readings;

• private information concerning another person; or

• matters requiring professional qualifications or licensing that Veil and Vine does not possess.

Nothing provided through a Veil and Vine service should be used as a substitute for appropriate professional care or advice. Clients should seek advice from an appropriately licensed professional for matters requiring medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional expertise.
 
5. Spiritual Information, Personal Responsibility, and Results

Spiritual, energetic, intuitive, symbolic, and mediumship content is subjective and may include impressions, sensations, imagery, symbolism, metaphysical concepts, or personal interpretations. Such information is not presented as objectively verified fact. You are responsible for deciding what information means to you and for all decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes resulting from your participation. Veil and Vine makes no guarantee of any particular spiritual, emotional, energetic, behavioral, relational, financial, physical, or other outcome. No particular event, communication, result, transformation, healing, connection, or experience is promised or guaranteed.
 

Energetic and personal-development work may unfold gradually and may require continued practice, reflection, integration, or repeated sessions. Individual experiences vary. The services are provided for entertainment and personal self-exploration purposes only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any particular result. The more detailed information regarding the nature of these practices, potential experiences, and personal responsibility is provided in the Veil and Vine Disclaimers.

 
6. Safety and Professional Referral
Participation in meditation, somatic awareness, spiritual exploration, or energetic practices may involve emotional, physical, energetic, or subjective sensations. You are responsible for communicating if you become uncomfortable or unable to safely continue. Veil and Vine may pause or end a session when continuing does not appear appropriate. If an experience exceeds the scope of the services being provided, Veil and Vine may recommend that you seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional. Such a referral is not a diagnosis. Veil and Vine is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health service. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your location.
 
7. Payment, Refunds, and Service Changes
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of these services and the time and energy required to provide them, there are no refunds or exchanges.
If you purchase one service and later decide that you would prefer a different service, contact Veil and Vine through the Contact page.
If the replacement service costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be provided as store credit toward a future purchase. No refund will be issued.

If the replacement service costs more than the original purchase, you will be provided with a payment link to pay the difference.

Any service change is subject to availability and approval by Veil and Vine.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
 
8. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Shows
You are permitted one (1) session reschedule at no additional charge, provided your request is submitted at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, cancellations that do not comply with this policy, or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund.

A second reschedule is not included and does not create an automatic right to a refund, credit, or replacement session.

If you arrive late to a live session, the remaining time will be used for your appointment and the session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time. Late arrival does not entitle you to additional time or a refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and a functioning camera enabled for the duration of their live Zoom session. Technical issues on the client's end may affect the session and do not automatically entitle the client to a refund or rescheduling.
 
9. Practitioner Cancellation and Right to Refuse Service
Veil and Vine may reschedule or cancel a session when reasonably necessary, including because of illness, emergency, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If Veil and Vine cancels a session and cannot reasonably provide a replacement appointment or alternative arrangement, an appropriate resolution may be provided.

Veil and Vine also reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services when reasonably necessary.

This includes conduct involving harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, abuse, discrimination, sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual conduct, repeated boundary violations, disruptive behavior, fraud, violation of these Terms, unauthorized recording or distribution, or demands for services or professional advice outside Veil and Vine's scope.

If a session is terminated because of the client's inappropriate, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited conduct, the client is not entitled to a refund, credit, replacement session, or additional appointment time.
 
10. Privacy, Recording, and Communications
Veil and Vine respects the privacy of client communications. However, absolute confidentiality or security cannot be guaranteed for email, internet communications, video conferencing, payment systems, or other third-party technology.

Nothing in these Terms creates a legally protected therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional privilege where such privilege does not otherwise exist.

Clients may not record, reproduce, publish, redistribute, livestream, sell, or commercially exploit a Veil and Vine session or any portion of a session without prior written permission. This includes audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, transcripts, and written reproductions.

Veil and Vine may use third-party services for scheduling, payment, video conferencing, email, hosting, and other business functions. Veil and Vine is not responsible for outages, failures, or privacy practices of third-party providers.
 
11. Intellectual Property and Website Use
Unless otherwise stated, Veil and Vine's website, written materials, guided practices, original educational materials, service descriptions, branding, graphics, and other original content belong to or are licensed to Veil and Vine.

These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

You agree not to misuse the Veil and Vine website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or security, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
 
12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veil and Vine and its practitioners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in a service, use of the website, interpretation of spiritual information, technical interruption, or other matter relating to Veil and Vine.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veil and Vine's liability for a claim arising directly from a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veil and Vine and its practitioners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to the client's participation in services, violation of these Terms, conduct during a session, interpretation or use of spiritual information, or failure to seek appropriate professional assistance when necessary.

 
13. General Terms

These Terms, together with the applicable service description and Veil and Vine Disclaimer, constitute the agreement concerning your use of Veil and Vine services. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted by law. Any court proceeding that is permitted to proceed will be brought in an appropriate Florida court, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Veil and Vine may update these Terms from time to time. The version generally in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase, unless a later change is required by law or otherwise expressly applies. Electronic purchases, booking confirmations, acknowledgments, and checkbox confirmations constitute acceptance of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing, booking, or participating in a Veil and Vine service, I acknowledge that:
 

1. I am at least 18 years old.
2. I understand that Veil and Vine provides spiritual, educational, informational, philosophical, and personal-exploration services.
3. I understand that services, readings, intuitive impressions, spiritual or mediumship communication, and related guidance are provided for entertainment and personal self-exploration purposes only.
4. I understand that these services are not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services and are not a substitute for appropriate professional care or advice.
5. I understand that spiritual, energetic, intuitive, symbolic, and mediumship information is subjective and is not guaranteed to be objectively verifiable.
6. I understand that Veil and Vine makes no guarantee of any particular spiritual, emotional, energetic, behavioral, relational, financial, physical, or other outcome.
7. I understand that Veil and Vine operates within a Pagan, esoteric, infernal-divine, and chthonic spiritual framework.
8. I understand the refund, service-change, rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.
9. I understand that I am responsible for my own decisions, interpretations, actions, and wellbeing.
10. I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Veil and Vine Disclaimer.
 

By checking the acknowledgment box during booking or purchase, or by otherwise purchasing or participating in a Veil and Vine service, I agree to these Terms & Conditions.
