The Nature of This Work

Veil and Vine offers virtual spiritual services intended for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, mindfulness, and subjective energetic or intuitive experiences.

Sessions may include energetic transmutation facilitation, guided meditation, spiritual or mediumship communication, somatic awareness, intuitive impressions, energetic scanning, and related spiritual practices.

Sessions may also include dedicated space for you to speak, share, vent, or simply express what is on your heart and mind. This space is held with respect, neutrality, and compassion. The practitioner is not there to diagnose, analyze, or tell you what you should do.

These services are educational, philosophical, and experiential in nature and are provided for entertainment and personal self-exploration purposes only. They are not presented as scientifically verified methods, and no particular outcome is promised.

Spiritual Framework

Veil and Vine's work is rooted in Pagan, esoteric, infernal-divine, and chthonic spiritual traditions and concepts.

​

Veil and Vine does not operate as a Christian, Judeo-Christian, biblical counseling, pastoral counseling, or faith-based ministry practice. You do not need to adopt or share these beliefs to participate. You are responsible for deciding whether this spiritual approach feels appropriate for you.

Not Medical or Mental-Health Care

Veil and Vine does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare services.

The practitioner is not acting as your physician, psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, clinical social worker, or other licensed healthcare provider.

​

Services do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or advice regarding medical conditions, illnesses, injuries, medications, physical symptoms, pregnancy, fertility, childbirth, reproductive health, clinical mental-health or psychological disorders, legal matters, financial decisions, gambling, or private information concerning third parties.

​

Nothing experienced during a session should be used as a substitute for appropriate professional care.

​

Energetic, Emotional, and Somatic Experiences

Spiritual and energetic practices can sometimes be accompanied by experiences such as warmth or coolness, tingling, changes in perceived energy or body temperature, lightheadedness, fatigue, relaxation, emotional release, or other temporary sensations.

​

During an energetic scan or related practice, intuitive impressions, symbolic images, memories, emotions, or other subjective experiences may arise.

If difficult emotional material or a challenging memory surfaces, the intention is not to force you to relive or analyze the experience. The practice may instead return attention to the physical body, present-moment awareness, and gentle somatic grounding while working within the scope of the session.

If an experience becomes too overwhelming to safely hold within that scope, the session may be paused or ended, and you may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed mental-health professional.

Although the practice may be described as trauma-informed, this does not mean that Veil and Vine provides trauma therapy or treatment for trauma-related conditions.

​

Integration, Intuition, and Personal Choice

Energetic and emotional experiences can unfold in layers. Some people may experience immediate relief or insight, while deeper personal integration may take time and may not occur in a predictable way.

​

Intuitive impressions, spiritual communication, mediumship experiences, symbolic imagery, and similar material are subjective and interpretive. They should not be treated as objectively verified facts or as instructions that override your own judgment.

​

Your free will and personal choices remain your own. You are responsible for deciding what meaning, if any, you take from a session and how you choose to apply anything you experience.

​

Emergencies and Crisis Support

Veil and Vine services are not an emergency or crisis service.

​

If you are experiencing an immediate medical or psychiatric emergency, believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or cannot keep yourself safe, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

​

If you are in the United States or its territories and are experiencing a mental-health or suicide crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

​

If you are elsewhere, contact your local emergency service or crisis hotline. You may also use a trusted crisis resource available in your country.

Please do not rely on a Veil and Vine session in place of immediate professional or emergency assistance.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Rescheduling

Due to the nature of these services and the time and energy required to provide them, there are no refunds or exchanges.

​

If you purchase a service and later decide you would like a different one, please send an email through the Contact page, and we will get back to you on how to navigate this situation. If the new service costs less than the one originally purchased, you will receive store credit for a future purchase, but no refund will be given. If the new service costs more, you will be sent a payment link to pay the difference.

​

You are permitted one (1) session reschedule at no additional charge, provided that your request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.

​

Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or failure to show up, will result in a forfeited session with no refund provided.

​

If you arrive late to a live session, the remaining time will be used for your appointment, but the session will still conclude at its scheduled end time.

Your Experience and Responsibility

Everyone responds differently to spiritual, emotional, meditative, and somatic practices. No specific emotional, spiritual, behavioral, physical, or life outcome is guaranteed.

You are responsible for communicating if you become uncomfortable, need to pause, or need additional support. You are also responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when your needs fall outside the scope of Veil and Vine's services.

By purchasing or participating in a Veil and Vine service, you acknowledge the nature, scope, and limitations described in this Disclaimer and understand that these services are offered for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection rather than medical or mental-health treatment.
