Emily is a Latina spiritual psychic medium, energy worker, writer, and lover of all things nature and animal related. She is currently working on growing her animal communication abilities, and dreams of connecting people to those who they love in spirit, whether that be gods, animals, or ancestors. Her spiritual journey began when she was just a young girl, curious as to what was out there. She felt spirits of all kinds around her, yet due to being raised Catholic, she had no words for it. Anything outside of the church was not to be bothered with. 

 

A number of years went by and she felt this tugging at her spirit, for other gods who were not the Abrahamic god, yet still, she could not place the feeling. She turned to agnosticism, but still, something did not sit right. Did she really believe there was nothing? Was she so unsure? More years went by of her feeling spirits around, hearing them, and still not doing anything about it. Where would she begin? Who would she learn from? Then almost 7 years ago she found out about spirituality outside of typical religions, and something in her clicked. She just knew this was the path she was meant to take, to find the gods who she connected with.

 

She harbors no ill will to anyone still within religions they feel safe and comfortable in, but it simply is no longer her path. Once she began, she just wanted to learn more about not just gods, but spirits of all kinds. She began courses that lasted half a year, a quarter of a year, attended seminars and certifications, and read books that challenged what she thought she knew, then would self-study amongst friends the rest of the time. She sat on these skills for years, never believing in herself enough, until one day the noise stopped being "what am I doing?" to "why haven't I gone further with this yet?" 

 

Years later, she finally feels ready to share what she's learned with more people. She does not formally teach courses here yet, but offers her services as well as knowledge within her scope. She is of Belizean and Cuban descent, lives in Florida, and carries her cultures close to her heart. She operates with sensitivity to cultural traditions, and does not read within closed traditions, as they are not something she is initiated in. She does not claim to know everything, and may get things wrong, but will always endeavor to learn and grow.
